Refund and Returns Policy

The Ring Thing® will only accept a returned product and provide a full refund or exchange if there is a manufacturing defect in your purchased product. The Ring Thing® is only responsible for damages caused during the manufacturing process.

The Ring Thing® will provide an exchange or refund within 30 days after purchase date for any product received with a manufacturing defect.

If you purchased a Ring Thing® that has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@ringthing.us to provide your purchase details and information describing the defect. All returns must be authorized by the Ring Thing® support team, and a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.
