Order Confirmation
An email confirmation will be provided on the day of your order.
Shipping Confirmation
All shipments are sent within 2 working days of your order being placed. Shipping confirmation will be provided through PayPal. Please contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding your shipment.
If Your Order Can’t Be Shipped
If your order cannot be shipped for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Notification of cancelled orders will be sent through email.
Price Adjustments
If the product or shipping charges are listed at an incorrect price due to incorrect information or typographical error, the Ring Thing® reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders placed for the product or service listed at the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, the Ring Thing® will issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount charged.

Large Orders
At the discretion of Ring Thing®, some orders may be termed large orders. Any individual order that cannot fit into a single package is a large order. Large orders will be shipped in multiple packages. Large orders receive a single tracking number from Ring Thing®. The carrier may charge additional costs for such orders.
